This document forms a binding agreement between be777 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the person using the platform ("user", "you", "your"). By accessing or using the be777 website, mobile site, or any related services, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms set out below.

1.1 Key Definitions

  • Platform: The be777 website and all services included within it.
  • Account: A user's personal profile created through registration.
  • Wager / Bet: Participation in any sports or gaming event on the platform where money is placed at risk.
  • Bonus: Additional funds or benefits granted by be777 subject to specific conditions.
  • Taka / ৳: Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) — the only currency used on the platform.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the interpretation of be777 will be considered final.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The be777 platform is strictly for adults. Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and use the betting services.

21+ This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited and we reserve the right to verify age at any time.

2.2 Account Creation Requirements

  • Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
  • It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login details (username and password) completely confidential.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify be777 support immediately.
  • Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification

be777 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-approved document may be requested for verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being restricted or suspended.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted payment methods on be777 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 by any method.

  • You must only use a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.
  • The time for a deposit to appear in your account depends on the method used and banking hours.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, delays may occur in the following situations:

  • If an identity verification process is ongoing.
  • If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
  • If additional review is required due to unusual or suspicious transactions.

Withdrawals will always be sent via the same method used for the deposit, wherever possible. be777 reserves the right to request documents before processing any withdrawal.

Please note: Any applicable mobile banking or bank charges for both deposits and withdrawals are borne by the user — be777 does not control third-party processing fees.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

be777 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive the bonus.

  • Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
  • Example 2: Deposit ৳42,000 → bonus capped at ৳20,000 → total balance ৳62,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus funds — the deposit amount is not included.

  • Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Withdrawing from bonus funds before the wagering requirements are met is not possible. Some games may contribute differently toward wagering calculations — contact support for details.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus has its own validity period; if a bonus is not used within the specified time, it will be forfeited.
  • An active and verified account is required to receive bonus benefits.
  • be777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and related winnings may be cancelled.
  • Bonus funds are not transferable to another account.

Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Confirmation

A bet is only valid once it has been successfully registered and confirmed by the platform. be777 is not responsible for incomplete bets caused by network issues.

5.2 Incorrect Odds & Errors

be777 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect or erroneous odds. In such cases, the original staked amount will be refunded.

5.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • If a sports event is cancelled, the related bets are generally declared void and stakes are returned.
  • If an event is postponed and does not resume within a specified time, be777 will settle the bets in accordance with its established policy.

5.4 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits apply to various events and games. These limits are enforced automatically on the platform and may vary by market.

5.5 Prohibited Activities

  • Artificial betting, match fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
  • Placing bets on opposing sides of the same event to extract bonus funds (arbitrage) is prohibited.
  • Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • Using bots, automated software, or any other technological advantage to place bets is prohibited.

be777's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with special benefits including weekly cashback:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression depends on your overall activity on the platform. be777 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program, and notice of such changes will be published on the platform. Earned cashback is withdrawable subject to specific conditions.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by be777

be777 may immediately suspend or close your account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
  • Providing false information or failure to complete identity verification.
  • Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
  • Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.

Legitimate funds held in the account balance at the time of closure will be returned, however bonuses or funds obtained through fraudulent means may be cancelled.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
